As an award-winning organisation for work-based learning we train both on and off
the job and it’s not just managers who are involved – we also train supervisors,
technicians, operatives and apprentices.
Much More Than Business Training
In addition to our excellent training courses we provide consultancy services, carry out Training Needs Analysis, assessment,
benchmarking and Project Management. If a client is unsure how to pay for the
training required then we can offer advice on funding opportunities available.
We believe in tailoring our training to each individual client and our workforce
development is designed to meet employers’ requirements – in sectors as diverse
as business and management, construction, engineering, IT, hospitality, health
and beauty, education, financial services, social care and science.
